How do you ensure the freshness of the produce during shipping?
We use specialized temperature-controlled packaging and expedited shipping methods to ensure your fruits and vegetables arrive in peak condition. Most orders are packed with gel packs or insulation depending on the season and destination.
When will my order be shipped?
To ensure maximum freshness, we typically ship orders Monday through Thursday. Orders placed after 10:00 AM PST on Thursday will be shipped the following Monday to avoid weekend delays in transit.
What is your return policy for perishable items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Do you offer organic produce options?
Yes, we offer a wide variety of certified organic fruits and vegetables. You can easily identify these items by looking for the 'Organic' label on the product page.
Can I include a gift message with my order?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, you will have the option to include a personalized gift message at no extra charge, which will be printed on the packing slip.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. Due to strict agricultural regulations and the perishable nature of our products, we cannot ship to international addresses at this time.
