These onions are grown in regions with optimal terroir, yielding thin skin and a crisp-white, translucent flesh.

Melissa’s Perfect Sweet Onions can be used raw on a burger or in salads and sandwiches.  Because of their sugar content, they are easy to caramelize and are wonderful for making bacon jam.

Store Melissa’s Perfect Sweet Onions at room temperature and use as desired. Onions will last up to a few months.
